CNY Barbeque!

sizzles.......

So, many of us went back to our hometowns during this festive season. All the good food during reunion dinner and all the yee sang must have been fulfilling. They are after all, delicacies that comes only once a year. My blessings go forth unto brothers and sisters who ate too many pineapple tarts, cookies and the countless cans of Coke. May you succeed in trimming off the extra pounds after these 15 days.

After a week of not seeing each other, it's time for our youth's family reunion dinner. Oh yeah, brace yourselves for all the great food in making! I present to you the great chefs - Eddy Chang and of course, ahem, yours truly. (Actually, we don't have a menu yet)

So what you can do is leave a comment on the stuff you want to see on the grill on Saturday night. We'll try to entertain your requests if it's feasible. So start cracking the head of yours and ask your tummy what it wants for Saturday night.

Below are the details for the bbq dinner:

Date: 31st Jan 2009, Saturday
Venue: Ann Pang's house.
Time: 7pm - come early if you want to lend a hand to the cooks.

For those who has no idea where is Ann's house, please contact your cg leader or Jonathan Kuek at 0162486300 for further inquiries.

Oh and of course, bring your buddies from school, college or work along. We would love to meet them. Till Saturday, fast yourselves and get ready for the great feast to start this year off.

Kah Heng? Good idea also, no need to put butter, got lotsa natural saturated fat. May have a good meaty taste to it.

Haha, grill cheesecake all melt and become goo lo. Maybe we can invent a grillable cheesecake.
